Montblanc Dubai is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver luxury client service in its boutique; luxury retail experience preferred.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high‑touch customer service and build long‑term client relationships through active clienteling and follow‑up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while maximising average transaction value through consultative selling and upselling.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge across writing instruments, leather goods, watches and accessories to advise clients accurately.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: greet clients, present product storytelling, process transactions, and ensure premium packaging and presentation.
  • Maintain and update the client database and CRM records; schedule appointments and coordinate after‑sales service and repairs as required.
  • Support visual merchandising standards, ensuring window and in‑store displays reflect brand directives and seasonal campaigns.
  • Perform daily boutique operations including cash handling, stock management, inventory reconciliation and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Collaborate with boutique management and regional teams on promotions, events and client‑engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience in luxury goods, jewellery, watches or leather accessories; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, client‑centric manner and strong presentation abilities.
  • Sound numerical skills and experience handling POS and cash reconciliations.
  • Ability to learn and communicate product heritage and technical details clearly and persuasively.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays; willingness to work boutique hours and participate in client events.
  • Professional appearance aligned with luxury brand standards.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of frontline retail experience in luxury or premium brands; experience with watches, leather goods or high‑end accessories is highly advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in retail, hospitality, business or a related discipline is advantageous but not required.
