Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative, client-focused selling.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships using active clienteling, appointment management and personalized follow-up.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across Montblanc categories and present merchandise with impeccable brand standards.
  • Deliver an elevated in-store experience by executing visual merchandising guidelines, maintaining boutique presentation and ensuring stock integrity.
  • Operate POS systems accurately, process transactions, manage client data and comply with cash handling policies.
  • Support store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, shipping/receiving and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Represent the brand at client events and participate in training to continuously develop product and selling skills.

Qualifications

  • Polished professional presence and outstanding interpersonal skills appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
  • Exceptional client service orientation with a proven ability to create bespoke experiences for high-net-worth clientele.
  • Strong communication skills and the capacity to convey product heritage and technical details persuasively.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as required by boutique operations.
  • Legal authorization to work in Portugal and reliable local mobility.

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury goods or hospitality is desirable but not mandatory.
