Montblanc Taipei is hiring a Boutique Manager to lead boutique operations, client experience and team performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily boutique operations to meet sales targets, margin objectives and KPI commitments.
  • Develop and execute clienteling strategies to acquire, retain and grow high-value clientele.
  • Coach, mentor and evaluate boutique staff to cultivate a high-performance, service-oriented team.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising and brand standards to ensure a cohesive luxury presentation.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment and shrinkage prevention in coordination with regional supply teams.
  • Drive local marketing initiatives and boutique events to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts and budget inputs; monitor P&L drivers and act to optimise profitability.
  • Recruit, onboard and develop talent in line with brand expectations and local labour regulations.
  • Ensure exemplary client service delivery and handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate with regional management on product launches, promotional calendars and operational priorities.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership capability with experience managing retail teams in the luxury sector.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen and experience achieving sales and margin targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and clienteling skills, with an emphasis on personalised service.
  • Familiarity with inventory management, loss-prevention and boutique-level P&L oversight.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and strong English skills preferred to engage international clientele and regional teams.

Experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, retail management or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
