Boutique Manager
Montblanc is hiring a Boutique Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead store operations, sales and client relations for the brand's luxury boutique.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day boutique operations to deliver sales targets, profitability and exemplary client service.
- Develop and execute clienteling strategies to build and retain a high-value customer base, including personalised follow-up and VIP event management.
- Recruit, coach and develop boutique staff; set performance objectives, conduct appraisals and manage scheduling to optimise coverage and productivity.
- Ensure flawless brand presentation through visual merchandising, store standards and product floor moves in line with global directives.
- Oversee inventory control, stock reconciliation, merchandising replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Prepare regular sales and operational reports for regional management and contribute to local business planning and KPI setting.
- Manage customer service and after-sales operations, including handling escalated queries and service recovery to protect brand integrity.
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience within the luxury goods sector (writing instruments, leather goods, watches or jewelry) with a demonstrable record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience hiring, training and developing frontline teams.
- Commercial acumen with experience in P&L awareness, sales forecasting and KPI management.
- Excellent clienteling and interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Fluent English; additional language skills appropriate to the Kuala Lumpur market advantageous.

Experience
Minimum of 3–5 years’ progressive experience in luxury retail, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or store management capacity, with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales and customer experience objectives.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
