Montblanc is hiring a Boutique Manager in Brussels — lead boutique operations, teams and luxury client experience for the maison.
Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day boutique operations with full accountability for sales performance, merchandising standards and guest experience.
- Develop and coach a high-performing sales team through recruitment, training, performance reviews and shift management.
- Drive revenue and profitability by setting and monitoring KPIs, managing stock levels and executing local sales initiatives.
- Deliver exemplary luxury client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and CRM utilisation.
- Ensure flawless visual merchandising and store presentation in line with Montblanc brand guidelines.
- Oversee inventory control, stock reconciliation and loss-prevention procedures to protect assets.
- Plan and execute in-store events, launches and local marketing activities to grow brand awareness and client acquisition.
- Manage administrative duties including scheduling, cash handling, reporting and liaison with regional management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail leadership within the luxury sector, ideally managing a boutique or flagship store.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience hitting sales targets, managing P&L levers and interpreting retail KPIs.
- Demonstrated people-management skills: recruitment, coaching, conflict resolution and staff development.
- Fluency in English and French; Dutch language skills are advantageous in the Brussels market.
- Excellent interpersonal presence and polished client-facing demeanour appropriate for a luxury maison.

Experience
Typically 3–5+ years of progressive retail management experience, with demonstrable success in luxury goods or premium retail environments and responsibility for store sales and teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, hospitality, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
