Montblanc Mexico City (Masaryk) seeks a Boutique Director to lead sales, operations and client experience at its Masaryk boutique.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own full P&L for the Masaryk boutique; set and deliver sales targets, margin objectives and KPI performance.
  • Lead, coach and develop the boutique team to ensure high-performance selling, clienteling and service standards.
  • Design and implement local sales and client acquisition strategies, including VIP/clienteling programmes and events.
  • Oversee daily store operations: visual merchandising, stock management, ordering, cash controls and loss prevention.
  • Ensure the boutique consistently represents brand standards across store experience, product presentation and client communications.
  • Manage recruitment, rostering, performance reviews and labour cost control in line with budget.
  • Collaborate with regional management, marketing and wholesale teams on promotions, product launches and inventory flow.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership ability with excellent people management and talent development skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience managing P&L and delivering sales growth.
  • Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English.
  • Exceptional client relationship skills and a track record of developing VIP clientele.
  • High personal standards of presentation, discretion and professionalism appropriate to a luxury brand.

Experience

Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, with at least 3 years in a store leadership role (Boutique Manager/Store Director) and direct responsibility for commercial results and team performance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or a related field preferred; equivalent retail management experience will be considered.
