Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs through daily coaching, motivating the sales team and monitoring individual targets.
  • Deliver exemplary client experiences via proactive clienteling, personalised service, after-sales follow-up and cultivation of long-term relationships with high-value customers.
  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and reconciliation, scheduling, stock receipting and inventory accuracy.
  • Implement visual merchandising and product presentation standards to reflect the brand aesthetic and optimise conversion.
  • Train and develop boutique staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, loss prevention and compliance with brand policies and local regulations.
  • Manage store-level reporting, assist with payroll and labour planning, and escalate supply or operational issues to district management.
  • Contribute to local marketing initiatives, client events and CRM activation to grow the store’s client database and traffic.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail supervisory experience within luxury fashion, watches, leather goods or premium accessories.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and coaching teams to high performance.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury product categories and clienteling techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capacity to represent a premium brand with professionalism and discretion.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience

Typically 2–4 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management position responsible for team performance and store operations.
