Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage performance of multiple Montblanc boutiques across the Dubai territory, meeting and exceeding sales, margin and KPI targets.
- Coach, develop and evaluate store managers and sales teams to elevate client experience, increase conversion and strengthen clienteling.
- Implement visual merchandising and brand presentation standards, ensuring a consistent luxury retail environment.
- Drive commercial planning: territory sales forecasting, promotional execution, stock allocation and inventory control.
- Analyse sales data and KPIs, prepare regular reports for regional management and recommend corrective actions.
- Recruit, onboard and retain high‑calibre retail talent; deploy training initiatives aligned with brand and product strategy.
- Coordinate local events, VIP client initiatives and partnership activations to grow the client base.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss‑prevention procedures and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven multi‑unit leadership experience in luxury or premium retail, with a consistent record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales forecasting, inventory management and KPI analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop store leaders and high‑performing sales teams.
- Excellent client‑facing skills with a dedication to elevated service and relationship building.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel within the assigned territory.
Skills
Experience
Typically 5+ years in luxury retail with at least 2 years’ experience managing multiple stores or a district; proven experience driving sales growth and developing store management teams.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
