Role & Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze quality incidents and claims to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop, document, and execute qualification plans for new dry goods, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Create comprehensive finished product data sheets.
  • Develop clear and concise written procedures based on safety standards for consistent application.
  • Prepare engaging and informative training modules to enhance employee understanding of safety protocols.
  • Conduct and support internal safety audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive tracking system to monitor key environmental performance indicators.
  • Contribute to carbon footprint analysis initiatives, identifying opportunities for reduction and mitigation.

Qualifications

  • Last year of engineering school or master's degree with a major in Quality, Safety, and Environment Management.
  • Prior internship experience in QSE is a strong plus.

Skills

Strong relationship skills Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Ability to be concise and organized Possession of a Permis B travel license Fluency in French; fluency in English is advantageous

Experience

Beginner-level experience, with prior internship experience in QSE considered a strong advantage.

Education

Last year of engineering school or master's degree with a major in Quality, Safety, and Environment Management.
