Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment process for all positions, including permanent, temporary, intern, and VIE roles, utilizing local networking and recruitment tools.
- Respond to spontaneous applications and organize inductions for new employees.
- Drive employer branding initiatives.
- Lead the Organizational Management Review process to identify development needs and implement solutions.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead the Individual Compensation Review process and manage the HR budget.
- Participate in financial exercises, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Co-lead payroll, compliance, and administrative processes with MH Spain.
- Drive engagement surveys and organize team gatherings to enhance employee engagement.
- Promote Health & Safety culture and practices across all departments.
- Execute HRIS project deliveries and support Group Report Campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and assist in policy development.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related topics.
Qualifications
- University degree or business school majoring in Management or HR.
- Fluency in Spanish and advanced proficiency in English.
