Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Finance team in forecasting and actual reporting.
  • Analyze business performance, focusing on specific P&L lines and Direct To Consumer performance.
  • Facilitate clear internal and external communication, including reporting to MH Wine Estates in Paris.
  • Enhance operational efficiency through continuous improvement projects.
  • Implement and monitor business KPIs.
  • Prepare and contribute to actual and forecast reporting to the Group.
  • Conduct monthly volume forecast reporting to MH Wine Estates headquarters.
  • Report actual volume and revenue by channel internally.
  • Manage overheads reporting.
  • Assist with periodic financial closing processes.
  • Support the FP&A Manager in budget and DTC business analysis.
  • Perform monthly pricing checks and communicate with the Hospitality service and master data teams.
  • Develop market-specific business performance analyses.
  • Oversee A&P and overheads budget follow-up.
  • Participate in forecasting exercises for DTC business and winery budgets.
  • Contribute to the 5-year strategic plan by developing simulation files.
  • Assist in preparing budget books and internal management presentations.
  • Support the FP&A manager in implementing new analytic tools and updating SOPs.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Previous internship experience in finance, preferably in a commercial or production environment.

Skills

Fluent in English; proficiency in French is advantageous. Strong knowledge of accounting principles. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with MH Finance reporting tools such as Topaz and Syrus is a plus. Integrity and trustworthiness. Positive, proactive, and flexible approach. Motivation to maintain excellence within the Finance team and broader business community. Interest in the wine industry. Hands-on personality with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.

Experience

Entry-level position requiring previous internship experience in finance.

Education

Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
