Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Finance team in forecasting and actual reporting.
- Analyze business performance, focusing on specific P&L lines and Direct To Consumer performance.
- Facilitate clear internal and external communication, including reporting to MH Wine Estates in Paris.
- Enhance operational efficiency through continuous improvement projects.
- Implement and monitor business KPIs.
- Prepare and contribute to actual and forecast reporting to the Group.
- Conduct monthly volume forecast reporting to MH Wine Estates headquarters.
- Report actual volume and revenue by channel internally.
- Manage overheads reporting.
- Assist with periodic financial closing processes.
- Support the FP&A Manager in budget and DTC business analysis.
- Perform monthly pricing checks and communicate with the Hospitality service and master data teams.
- Develop market-specific business performance analyses.
- Oversee A&P and overheads budget follow-up.
- Participate in forecasting exercises for DTC business and winery budgets.
- Contribute to the 5-year strategic plan by developing simulation files.
- Assist in preparing budget books and internal management presentations.
- Support the FP&A manager in implementing new analytic tools and updating SOPs.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Previous internship experience in finance, preferably in a commercial or production environment.
