Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the Cloudy Bay Wine Club shipments three times annually, ensuring a premium club experience.
- Serve as the primary contact for club members, providing outstanding customer service and hosting winery tours.
- Enhance Wine Club membership offers, benefits, and content to engage and retain members.
- Develop strategies to attract new members and increase sales from existing members.
- Report on monthly Wine Club performance and manage the A&P Budget for the Cloudy Bay Circle.
- Collaborate with departments such as Visitor Center Staff, Finance & IT, Logistics, Winemaking, and Viticulture.
- Update the website with new product launches and visitor information.
- Create and update journal articles in collaboration with the Brand Manager.
- Implement new website functionalities and support local market page creation.
- Contribute to the global CRM plan by deploying New Zealand market emails and supporting email localization.
- Report on email performance and maintain up-to-date guidelines.
- Support data collection initiatives through sweepstakes and touchpoints.
- Maintain e-business guidelines with new product launches and visual assets.
- Monitor and upload e-retail kits and assets on DAM.
- Promote new assets to internal markets.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Management or Marketing, ideally with a specialization in Digital/E-Business.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in customer service, loyalty programs, and direct customer/retail sales is required. Experience with Website and CRM systems is ideal.
