Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive business development for Château Minuty by collaborating with the Moët Sales team and local distributors to secure new listings.
  • Expand distribution and visibility of Château Minuty in On-Premise and Retail sectors.
  • Promote 'By the glass' listings of Château Minuty.
  • Identify and execute efficient activation opportunities.
  • Serve as the brand ambassador, educating and inspiring internal and external stakeholders to become brand advocates.
  • Engage with trade influencers and key opinion leaders to enhance brand reputation.
  • Organize and participate in events such as trade shows, consumer events, and masterclasses.
  • Develop and implement global marketing programs within the market.
  • Support new product launches and innovation projects.
  • Create brand training toolkits and point-of-sale materials.
  • Manage logistics for events, including stock and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Director on social media and influencer strategies.
  • Provide monthly qualitative and quantitative reports on performance and trends.

Qualifications

  • Degree level education or equivalent.
  • WSET Level 2 Award in Wine (desirable).
  • Valid driving license.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the wine and spirits industry, with at least 2 years in sales or as a brand ambassador. Proven track record in business development and experience in delivering brand training programs.

Education

Degree level education or equivalent.
