Moët Hennessy in Paris is hiring a Trade Marketing & Retail Operations Apprentice for Travel Retail — apprenticeship starting September, hybrid role.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support implementation of the annual trade marketing plan for Travel Retail Europe, including concept development for temporary activations in flagship airport boutiques.
- Coordinate activations with client operational teams, external production partners and temporary staffing agencies to ensure timely delivery and high‑quality execution.
- Collect and monitor sales results and retail KPIs, participate in performance analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to daily retail operations for flagship boutiques by supporting consumer experience initiatives and in‑store marketing roll‑outs.
- Assist in preparation of incentive schemes and training plans for retail teams and help organise Maison visits for boutique staff.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (apprenticeship/alternance required).
- Initial experience or internships in marketing or retail operations; luxury or wine & spirits sector experience is advantageous.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to interpret retail KPIs and sales trends.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset suited to a fast‑paced, international environment.

Entry‑level / débutant. Prior internships or initial professional experience in marketing or retail operations are beneficial but not required.
