Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end planning and delivery of branded activations at festivals, stadia, sports and hospitality sites to increase brand visibility and rate of sale.
  • Execute activation logistics and operations, coordinating agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery within brand guidelines and budgets.
  • Manage account relationships with venue, festival and operator partners; lead post-activation follow-up and ensure contractual and commercial outcomes are met.
  • Collect, consolidate and analyse quantitative and qualitative sales and marketing data from activations, producing post-activation reports and recommendations.
  • Support sales objectives by monitoring volumes vs. forecasts, assisting pricing and stock order processes, and educating on-site staff about brand activations.
  • Create and supply brand content for customer-hosting programmes and activation collateral.
  • Share learnings and competitive activity with Sales and Marketing teams to optimise future activations and commercial return.

Qualifications

  • Degree-level education (or current degree candidate).
  • Experience in a sales, trade-marketing or events role preferred.
  • Demonstrable interest in brand marketing and the luxury sector; knowledge of Moët Hennessy brands is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Creativity and the ability to develop engaging brand activation concepts.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving initiative and attention to detail.
  • Digitally literate and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Experience
