Role & Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end planning and delivery of branded activations at festivals, stadia, sports and hospitality sites to increase brand visibility and rate of sale.
- Execute activation logistics and operations, coordinating agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery within brand guidelines and budgets.
- Manage account relationships with venue, festival and operator partners; lead post-activation follow-up and ensure contractual and commercial outcomes are met.
- Collect, consolidate and analyse quantitative and qualitative sales and marketing data from activations, producing post-activation reports and recommendations.
- Support sales objectives by monitoring volumes vs. forecasts, assisting pricing and stock order processes, and educating on-site staff about brand activations.
- Create and supply brand content for customer-hosting programmes and activation collateral.
- Share learnings and competitive activity with Sales and Marketing teams to optimise future activations and commercial return.
Qualifications
- Degree-level education (or current degree candidate).
- Experience in a sales, trade-marketing or events role preferred.
- Demonstrable interest in brand marketing and the luxury sector; knowledge of Moët Hennessy brands is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Creativity and the ability to develop engaging brand activation concepts.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving initiative and attention to detail.
- Digitally literate and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Experience
Entry-level internship. Prior experience in sales, trade marketing, events or activation execution is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
Degree-level education or equivalent (ongoing or completed).
