Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a data-driven commercial plan in partnership with Commercial Enablement, focusing on market prioritization, portfolio mix, pricing, and distribution strategy.
  • Oversee the forecasting process and serve as the primary liaison with FP&A for financial reporting cycles.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for product innovations and limited edition launches.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on business and brand KPIs, conducting ongoing performance analysis to drive growth and profitability.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and provide strategic recommendations to optimize investment allocation.
  • Define annual strategic priorities and manage selected strategic projects across functions.
  • Foster strong collaboration with key stakeholders and conduct market visits to support brand strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in business analysis, finance, business intelligence, or business planning, with exposure to brand marketing.
  • Experience in a luxury, premium, or highly branded environment preferred.

Skills

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven project management and organizational capabilities. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinking and business insights.

Experience

Minimum of 10 years in business analysis, finance, business intelligence, or business planning, preferably in a luxury or premium environment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred.
