Role & Responsibilities
- Translate global brand strategy into local market plans, aligning with Maisons guidelines.
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans with clear objectives for specific brands and trade channels.
- Analyze market trends and activation results to drive growth.
- Oversee marketing activations, events, and product launches, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Manage advertising and promotion budgets, prioritizing spending to align with brand priorities.
- Lead and mentor at least one Brand Manager, fostering professional development.
- Collaborate across departments to leverage expertise and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of marketing experience in luxury consumer goods or FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in brand management and integrated marketing communications.
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
