Role & Responsibilities

  • Translate global brand strategy into local market plans, aligning with Maisons guidelines.
  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans with clear objectives for specific brands and trade channels.
  • Analyze market trends and activation results to drive growth.
  • Oversee marketing activations, events, and product launches, ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Manage advertising and promotion budgets, prioritizing spending to align with brand priorities.
  • Lead and mentor at least one Brand Manager, fostering professional development.
  • Collaborate across departments to leverage expertise and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of marketing experience in luxury consumer goods or FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience in brand management and integrated marketing communications.
  • Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking abilities.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and technologies. Fluency in English and the local language; additional languages preferred.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods or FMCG industry, with proven brand management expertise.
