Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team annual sales targets.
- Establish and manage strong relationships with key accounts and potential customers.
- Maintain effective trade relationships to optimize business performance.
- Develop new business to expand distribution of core brands.
- Manage inventory and support wholesaler delivery to key accounts.
- Lead a team of Wholesaler Managers to achieve sales targets.
- Provide market environment and competitor analysis.
- Identify and advise on sales opportunities and risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience in Wine & Spirits is a plus.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
- Willingness to travel and work outside regular hours.
