Role & Responsibilities

  • Transfer the Export database, known as 'MH Library,' to SharePoint while ensuring data integrity and user information accuracy across various brands and markets.
  • Conduct a comprehensive audit of the 'MH Library' database and implement a new, effective nomenclature. Create instructional '1-pager' documents to explain export document processes and nomenclature to users.
  • Develop a 'playbook' tool to synthesize registration processes for wines and spirits in export destination countries.
  • Provide active support in preparing registration files for products.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering school or scientific training program.

Skills

Service-oriented and customer-focused. Attention to detail and thoroughness. Fluency in English, both oral and written. Ability to work in a structured and organized manner. Proficiency in IT tools and effective communication skills to tailor presentations to different audiences. Autonomy and proactivity. Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit. Adaptability and quick learning ability.

Experience

Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for students or recent graduates.

Education

Enrollment in an engineering school or scientific training program is required.
