Overview
Moët Hennessy France is the distribution and marketing network for the Vins & Spiritueux division of LVMH in France. The organisation represents an array of prestigious wine and spirits Maisons and combines heritage craftsmanship with an international, luxury-oriented commercial approach. Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Trade Marketing & Brand Manager in building and deploying marketing plans for assigned wine Maisons (e.g. Château Minuty, Château Galoupet, Château d’Esclans, Terrazas de los Andes, Cloudy Bay).
- Manage daily brand operations including budget monitoring: update expenditures, anticipate needs, record commitments and ensure envelope compliance.
- Extract and analyse sales data (sell-in / sell-out) to understand channel dynamics and inform commercial decisions.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing activations; produce quantitative returns and optimisation recommendations.
- Conduct competitive and market trend monitoring to identify best practices, product innovation and positioning opportunities.
- Contribute to conception, rollout and follow-up of major activations: launches, annual campaigns and seasonal features across circuits.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (creative agencies, vendors, distributors, sales force) to ensure seamless execution.
- Design and oversee production of bespoke retail materials (POS, visibility elements, store dressing, activation kits) from brief to deployment and post‑mortem.
- Plan and execute brand events: masterclasses, pairing dinners, trade shows and VIP client events, including Maison visits for key clients.
- Create sales enablement tools and field content: product fact sheets, argumentaires, presentations, digital kits and distributor resources.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+5 (Master’s) programme in business, marketing or equivalent (école de commerce or similar), with a marketing specialisation.
- Demonstrated strong interest in wines and spirits.
- Excellent organisational skills, rigour and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical aptitude and comfort working with numerical data; ability to interpret results and present actionable insights.
- Autonomy, initiative, high motivation and strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with retail analytics tools (e.g. Nielsen).

Entry-level — no professional experience required. Candidate should be a current Master’s-level student (Bac+5) seeking an alternance/apprenticeship to apply academic training to brand and trade marketing activities in wines.
