Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute on‑trade visibility programs and brand experiences across restaurants, hotels, nightclubs and beach clubs.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end implementation of the annual marketing initiatives calendar, driving nationwide activations and monitoring project timelines.
- Track and control allocated budgets per project; support A&P invoice processing and supplier invoice control.
- Manage product dispatch processes within SAP HANA to ensure timely fulfilment to field activations.
- Liaise with agencies and strategic partners from briefing to rollout and campaign closure to secure flawless execution.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand presence and support new business development initiatives in the on‑trade channel.
Qualifications
- Current university student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business or related field (in or beyond the 5th semester) with at least one year remaining in the programme.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities with efficient time management.
- Strong analytical aptitude and accuracy in budgetary and invoice control tasks.
- Proactive, dynamic, quick learner with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Experience
Beginner-level — suitable for students with limited professional experience; prior exposure to marketing activations, retail/on‑trade environments or internship experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Education
Undergraduate university enrolment in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business or related discipline; at least one academic year remaining.
