On-Premise Account Lead
Moët Hennessy seeks an On-Premise Account Lead in San Francisco (East Bay & Sonoma) to manage distributor partnerships and drive on-premise sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Moët Hennessy representative for assigned accounts and territory (East Bay & Sonoma), building and sustaining distributor and on-premise relationships.
- Manage and support distributor sales teams to achieve brand priorities, sales/depletion targets and distribution/menu listing KPIs.
- Develop and execute bespoke account plans, activations and consumer experiences that drive velocity, visibility and upsell opportunities within MH brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with Channel Lead, Field Trade Marketing and experiential teams to translate channel strategy into in-market programming and ensure flawless execution.
- Monitor and report on account performance, competitive intelligence and market risks; recommend corrective actions to channel or market leads.
- Oversee order execution and pricing coordination with distributor partners and manage assigned budgets (T&E and A&P) to maximize ROI.
- Lead trade advocacy, provide brand education to distributor and account teams, and participate in market visits, blitzes and Maison-led events.
- Maintain responsive, on-call communication to ensure customer satisfaction and timely fulfillment; lift and handle inventory or promotional materials (20+ lbs) as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum 5 years of professional sales/marketing experience within the wine & spirits sector with demonstrable on-premise/account management success.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Ability to travel within the territory and perform on-site account engagements and events; occasional physical lifting (20+ lbs).

Education
Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience.
