Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement strategies aligned to brand plans with a focus on core brands.
  • Drive value creation through pricing, distribution, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate sales management systems and analyze market data.
  • Build strong relationships with National Key Accounts and expand distribution.
  • Ensure high-quality in-store execution and manage stock efficiently.
  • Lead and develop account management capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance promotional effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and manage credit collections.
  • Accompany senior managers and participate in sales meetings.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in a business-related field.
  • Postgraduate studies in a business-related field desirable.
  • Full English proficiency in written and spoken communication.

Skills

Strong planning, presentation, and negotiation skills. Excellent numerical, analytical, and statistical abilities. High standard of computer literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficient in Circana or similar market data systems. Strong leadership and people management skills. Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in sales with specific Key Account experience, and 1-3 years in a management role within the Wine & Spirits industry.

Education

Tertiary qualification in a business-related field.
