Role & Responsibilities
- Implement strategies aligned to brand plans with a focus on core brands.
- Drive value creation through pricing, distribution, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate sales management systems and analyze market data.
- Build strong relationships with National Key Accounts and expand distribution.
- Ensure high-quality in-store execution and manage stock efficiently.
- Lead and develop account management capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance promotional effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with policies and manage credit collections.
- Accompany senior managers and participate in sales meetings.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in a business-related field.
- Postgraduate studies in a business-related field desirable.
- Full English proficiency in written and spoken communication.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in sales with specific Key Account experience, and 1-3 years in a management role within the Wine & Spirits industry.
Education
Tertiary qualification in a business-related field.
