Role & Responsibilities
- Support the National Key Accounts and National Key Independent Teams to optimize sales, visibility, and net proceeds.
- Develop and maintain relationships with trade partners and internal management.
- Maintain customer Sales Planning Tools for accurate volume forecasts and profitability.
- Develop promotional calendars and compile new line and pricing forms.
- Assist in executing activation strategies and managing communication with state teams.
- Track activation success and support event coordination.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and credits, and maintain product information accuracy.
- Conduct customer promotional claim reconciliations and support administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Degree qualified
- High proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Full English written and spoken proficiency
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of administration or sales experience in an international FMCG or liquor company, with wine/spirit product knowledge and understanding of luxury brand business. Experience with Coles/Woolworths is desirable.
