Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of luxury brand events, including agency briefing and on-site delivery.
- Serve as a key contact with external agencies for event roll-out and provide on-site assistance.
- Act as a brand ambassador during events and support the creation of itineraries for winemaker tours.
- Co-lead content creation briefings for major brand campaigns.
- Develop and implement brand visibility initiatives in collaboration with sales teams and agencies.
- Support PR and brand campaigns in coordination with communications and PR agencies.
- Manage POSM orders, stock, and logistics, including local sourcing of materials.
- Provide administrative support, including sales admin tasks, monthly reporting, and financial tracking.
Qualifications
- Degree-level education.
- Fluent in English.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or experience in marketing, events, or project management preferred. Experience in the luxury goods industry is welcome.
