Overview
Moët Hennessy is the Wines & Spirits division of LVMH, representing a portfolio of iconic Champagne, wine and spirit Maisons. The organisation combines luxury brand stewardship with a commercial distribution network in France, operating to the exacting standards and international reach associated with the LVMH group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the monthly management reporting process for the Europe region: collect, consolidate and validate financial data, prepare summary reports and distribute to European teams.
- Analyse brand portfolio financial performance to explain variances versus forecasts, identify drivers and recommend corrective actions.
- Act as a Business Partner to Marketing teams by monitoring budgets, explaining spend execution, flagging risks or overruns and supporting more efficient planning of activities.
- Support the Senior Management Controller on ad-hoc analyses and studies requested by Top Management and contribute to the construction of forecasting phases.
- Maintain, enhance and automate financial dashboards in Power BI: update data sources, ensure accuracy and usability, develop new KPIs and improve dashboard ergonomics.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master's-level) program in a business school, engineering school or university with a specialization in finance or management control.
- Strong analytical rigour, autonomy, synthesis skills and a business-oriented mindset.
- Fluent English (oral and written); good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with European teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; affinity with information systems and data manipulation.
- Eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract in France; prior exposure to wine & spirits is an asset.
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Entry-level position intended for students in work-study (alternance); no significant prior professional experience required but internships or academic projects in finance/controlling are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a Master's-level (Bac+4/5) program in business, engineering or university with a specialization in finance or management control.
