Overview

Moët Hennessy is the Wines & Spirits division of LVMH, representing an ensemble of prestigious Champagne, wine and spirits Maisons. The organisation operates a national distribution network in France, combining heritage maisons with modern commercial excellence and a strong commitment to responsible consumption and premium customer experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales performance and produce dashboards: extract, consolidate and analyse volumes, product mix, rotations and pricing to inform commercial decisions.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and market trend analysis to identify opportunities and threats within Palaces and High Energy on‑trade channels.
  • Support development of commercial recommendations and assortment proposals; prepare dossiers and commercial argumentation for negotiations.
  • Assist in management and updating of contracts and commercial agreements with strategic hospitality clients.
  • Coordinate and help organise on‑site activations and events (tastings, product launches, marketing activations) and evaluate their impact on sales.
  • Manage point‑of‑sale visibility materials (PLV) and merchandising initiatives in collaboration with Trade Marketing and Product teams.
  • Liaise with cross‑functional teams (marketing, trade marketing, logistics) and propose process or tooling improvements to enhance internal workflows.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or holding a Bac+5 (Master’s level) from a business school or equivalent, with a specialisation in Marketing.
  • Strong numerical literacy and proven ability to manipulate, analyse and present quantitative data.
  • Excellent command of Excel and experience with Nielsen or similar market‑analysis tools.
  • Interest in wines & spirits and the luxury hospitality channel (palaces, luxury hotels, high‑end bars and clubs).
  • Autonomous, proactive and able to prioritise in a fast‑paced, commercial environment with strong interpersonal skills.

Experience

Entry‑level. Suitable for final‑year Master’s students (Bac+5) or early‑career candidates; prior internships or first experience in wine & spirits or hospitality is a plus but not required.

Education

Bac+5 (Master’s) from a business school or equivalent, preferably with a Marketing specialisation.
