Moët Hennessy seeks a Key Account Executive — On & Off Trade in Monterrey, Mexico to lead Northern region sales across On‑ and Off‑Trade channels.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales, distribution, profitability and market share targets across the Northern Mexico territory (primarily Nuevo León, Coahuila, Tamaulipas and adjacent areas).
  • Manage and grow relationships with key Off Trade accounts (specialty retail) representing c.60% of the portfolio and with On Trade premium venues (hotels, restaurants, bars) representing c.40%.
  • Execute flawless in‑store and on‑premise activations: merchandising, displays, inventory management, compliance with contractual agreements and maximising brand visibility.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, promotional mechanics, space agreements and volume commitments with buyers and operators.
  • Monitor weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs including sales, forecast accuracy, inventories, pricing, margins, sell‑in and sell‑out; prepare executive reports with data‑driven insights.
  • Ensure accurate administrative management of contracts, commercial agreements, client onboarding, investment reports, invoicing and reconciliations.
  • Implement Moët Hennessy global and regional initiatives locally and develop new territories across the Northern region.
  • Maintain frequent field presence and collaboration with regional management to align execution and commercial priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in alcoholic beverages, luxury goods or closely related industries with demonstrable On Trade and Off Trade sales success.
  • Proven negotiation experience with buyers, operators and regional management.
  • Residence in Monterrey (required); prior responsibility for the Northern Mexico region desirable.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness and availability for frequent travel within the region.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of fine wines and spirits and experience in luxury hospitality development.

Experience

At least 5 years of progressive experience in sales or commercial roles within alcoholic beverages, luxury goods or hospitality, with proven track record managing both On‑Trade and Off‑Trade accounts and driving territory growth.

Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related).
