Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Internal Controller in updating procedures and delegation matrices, and assist in drafting new procedures with relevant departments.
  • Participate in recurring audit missions, including auditing employee expense reports.
  • Contribute to the annual LVMH self-assessment campaign of the internal control system for the Champagne houses.
  • Assist in the deployment of the Business Continuity Plan within MHCS and update the risk mapping.
  • Participate in the implementation of procedures, guidelines, and ethical compliance controls.
  • Conduct training sessions to maintain the internal control culture.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent university program with a focus on accounting, management control, internal/external audit, or internal control.
  • Autonomy, rigor, and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in English and office software tools.
  • Previous internship experience in auditing is advantageous.

Experience
