Role & Responsibilities
- Identify recruitment needs in collaboration with managers and HR Business Partners.
- Draft and disseminate job postings across various platforms.
- Screen applications and conduct preliminary phone interviews.
- Participate in recruitment interviews and prepare progress reports for managers.
- Manage candidate follow-up and maintain the recruitment database.
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment files.
- Participate in recruitment events such as forums and job fairs.
- Organize and animate job dating sessions.
- Plan and organize onboarding for new hires.
- Monitor recruitment campaign performance indicators.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Animate the community of interns and apprentices in Paris and Champagne.
- Assist in the deployment of skill development and performance management projects.
- Support communication and awareness of HR development initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data to track project effectiveness.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR tools and processes.
- Manage administrative tasks related to training files and budget tracking.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment or campus management preferred.
- Strong interest in recruitment and training functions.
