Moët Hennessy — Levallois‑Perret: HR Development & Training Apprentice (1‑year apprenticeship starting Aug/Sep 2026) supporting L&D and HR projects.

Overview

Moët Hennessy France is the national distribution network for the Vins & Spiritueux division of LVMH. The organisation represents an ensemble of iconic Champagne, wine and spirits Maisons and operates within the high standards and international reach of the LVMH group. Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the integration seminar for new hires: design agenda, organise category training sessions (Champagne, whiskies), schedule meetings with Executive Committee members and arrange Maison immersion visits.
  • Produce internal communications for HR events and initiatives using Group communication tools.
  • Act as primary HR contact for the campus population: lead HR induction for newcomers and conduct end‑of‑probation and end‑of‑internship interviews.
  • Support generalist HR activities across a multidisciplinary team to develop broad HR competencies.
  • Contribute to transverse HR transformation projects across the organisation.
  • Manage Learning & Development project work: collect training needs, construct individual and collective training plans and arbitrate priorities with managers.
  • Consolidate the skills development plan and manage the overall training budget in liaison with the OPCO.
  • Implement the training plan autonomously: organise and schedule sessions, preselect providers, handle registrations and convocations, and follow up dossiers within budget and deadlines.
  • Prepare and animate training commissions presented to employee representative bodies (IRP).
  • Collaborate transversally with Moët Hennessy and occasionally LVMH counterparts on corporate programmes.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in the final year of a Master's programme in Human Resources, business school, university or equivalent.
  • Strong oral and written French (required); professional English is a plus.
  • Highly curious, proactive, well organised and comfortable engaging with diverse interlocutors.
  • Demonstrated sense of responsibility and appetite for people‑centred work.
  • Available for a 1‑year apprenticeship starting August/September 2026 and able to work on site in Levallois‑Perret.

Experience

Entry-level — no prior professional experience required; internships or coursework in HR, L&D or related fields are advantageous.

Education

Final‑year Master's degree in Human Resources (business school or university) or equivalent.
