Overview
Moët Hennessy is the Wines & Spirits division of LVMH, grouping a portfolio of distinguished Maisons that combine terroir-driven craftsmanship with contemporary luxury savoir‑faire. The organisation places emphasis on heritage, sustainable practices and cross‑Maison collaboration, and operates within the global LVMH ecosystem to develop premium experiences in hospitality, retail and communications.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, launch and maintain the Global Media internal communications portal (SharePoint/Teams) as a single point of reference for media and marketing teams across Maisons and markets.
- Coordinate and schedule global meetings involving internal Maison media teams, local market teams, agencies and external partners; prepare agendas, capture meeting summaries, decisions and follow‑up actions.
- Support day‑to‑day liaison between 25 Maisons and 40+ markets to ensure alignment on media initiatives and visibility of global projects.
- Conduct research on emerging media, creative and content trends (including influencer, tech and format innovations) with a luxury and wine & spirits focus; synthesise findings into actionable insights.
- Produce and edit internal communications (Teams channel posts, newsletters, SharePoint content) and maintain effective communication channels (email, Teams, Inspire).
- Gather and consolidate campaign reports, SOV studies and dashboard data to support strategic decision‑making by the Global Media team.
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken and written English; working proficiency in French preferred.
- Currently enrolled in a graduate or post‑graduate programme in Luxury Marketing, Communications, Media or a related discipline (enrolment required for apprenticeship).
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable drafting clear internal copy and meeting summaries.
- Curiosity for the media landscape and an interest in luxury and wines & spirits.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast‑paced, international team.

Experience
Entry‑level/apprenticeship: candidate should be a beginner with relevant academic background; prior internships or coursework in media, communications or marketing are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a graduate or post‑graduate degree programme in Luxury Marketing, Communications & Media or a related field; other disciplines considered if skillset aligns.
