Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize financial processes within the Eminente team.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Finance & Operations and local Eminente teams across Europe.
  • Prepare monthly P&L reports in conjunction with Marketing and Accounting teams.
  • Produce financial reports for Moët Hennessy headquarters.
  • Update and enhance financial management tools using Excel and PowerBI.
  • Participate in budgetary processes including Risks & Opportunities exercises and annual budgeting.
  • Contribute to the five-year strategic planning of the brand.
  • Coordinate production planning with Cuban teams and manage stock and supply chain operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) minimum, preferably in Finance or Management Control.
  • Fluency in French and English; Spanish is recommended.

Skills

Previous experience in Finance, preferably in management control. Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; PowerBI skills are a plus. Excellent teamwork and motivational abilities. Strong presentation skills. Passion for wines and spirits. Entrepreneurial spirit and intercultural sensitivity. Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and proactivity. Attention to detail and critical thinking.

Experience

Beginner level experience in finance, preferably in management control.

Education

Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) minimum, preferably in Finance or Management Control.
