Moët Hennessy seeks a Field Marketing Manager in Las Vegas to localize brand activations, manage A&P budgets and drive sales for its wines & spirits portfolio.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Localize national brand programs for the Nevada market and adapt activations to account, distributor and consumer needs.
  • Develop, manage and analyze A&P budgets and evaluate ROI to inform future activations and local planning.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Brand Teams and Commercial Sales/Distributors to align priorities and ensure executional excellence.
  • Identify and qualify new account opportunities and partnership prospects for the Commercial Sales Team.
  • Manage distributor relationships, POSM execution, VAP forecast/allocation and preparation for GSMs and distributor meetings.
  • Conceive high‑impact local programming including events, influencer partnerships and community activations to drive both brand equity and sales.
  • Monitor competitive intelligence and market trends to shape local strategy and upstream communication to brand teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in trade marketing, field marketing or creative marketing within wines & spirits, CPG or retail.
  • Proven commercial orientation with experience in budget management, ROI analysis and sales collaboration.
  • Deep knowledge of luxury wine, champagne and spirits channels and expectations; familiarity with distributor models.
  • Strong organizational skills, project management capability and experience managing multiple activations simultaneously.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Experience

At least 5 years of trade or field marketing experience in wines & spirits, consumer packaged goods or retail, with demonstrable commercial strategy and executional experience across distributor and on/off‑premise channels.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
