eD2C Project Coordinator (Apprenticeship)
Moët Hennessy seeks an eD2C Project Coordinator (apprenticeship) in Paris (7th arrondissement) — 12‑month role supporting digital commerce projects and daily operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end business development projects for eD2C initiatives: planning, stakeholder alignment, testing, launch and hypercare.
- Manage LVMHappening product assortments and content uploads in collaboration with MHCS supply chain, Maisons and delivery teams.
- Ensure pricing and operational compliance with Maison guidelines and applicable regulations (e.g., URSSAF).
- Prepare and maintain project artefacts: agendas, executive summaries, business proposals, RACI matrices, P&Ls and timelines.
- Organize, facilitate and document workshops, kick-offs and cross-functional meetings; produce detailed minutes and follow-up actions.
- Support operational execution for merchandising, customer service and day-to-day eD2C activities; troubleshoot and escalate issues.
- Coordinate testing phases and integrate feedback to refine processes and release plans.
- Produce regular reporting and insights for Maisons to highlight performance, risks and optimisation opportunities.
Qualifications
- Fluent French (mandatory) and operational English (mandatory); German is a plus.
- Enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated project coordination or business development experience through internships, academic projects or early professional roles.
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce and digital business models, with an aptitude for cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field (current enrolment in an apprenticeship programme acceptable).
