Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to understand demand forecast drivers.
  • Coordinate with the regional Supply Planning team in Singapore to ensure accurate demand forecasts.
  • Review sales plans, budget updates, and demand drivers to improve planning processes.
  • Update monthly demand plans for timely replenishment across seven warehouses.
  • Manage imports and exports, ensuring compliance with Australian and New Zealand regulations.
  • Drive and support supply chain projects and process improvements.
  • Integrate Travel Retail forecasts and support the Private Client team forecasting process.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary education in Supply Chain or Logistics is advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Demand Planning in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and achieving sales forecast accuracy.

Skills

Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with IBP. Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities. Ability to manage and influence third-party teams. Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in demand planning or supply chain management.

Education

Tertiary education in Supply Chain or Logistics is advantageous.
