Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Business Controller in the Travel Retail Central Finance team on business intelligence, data management, consolidation and reporting tasks.
- Maintain and improve data systems (Power BI, Anaplan): assist with data integration, mapping updates and reconciliation to ensure data quality.
- Extract, transform and prepare financial datasets; build clear visualisations and analytic outputs for Finance, Marketing, Sales and senior management stakeholders.
- Contribute to month‑end close activities and consolidation for Global Travel Retail (monthly sell‑in/sell‑out, P&L, MMF) and participate in Budget, LE1/LE2, R&O and Actuals reporting cycles.
- Deliver ad‑hoc analysis for business reviews, customer and product performance studies and top‑management requests.
- Coordinate with IT and external Power BI consultants to troubleshoot issues, support key‑user trainings and propose best‑practice improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business, data science or engineering degree programme (bachelor’s or master’s level).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; demonstrable hands‑on experience with Power BI and Anaplan is required.
- Fluent written and spoken English and French.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast‑paced, matrixed international environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Entry‑level: suitable for students or recent graduates with academic projects or prior internships in data analysis, business intelligence or finance; practical experience with Power BI and Anaplan is expected.
Education
Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme in business, data science, statistics, computer science or engineering.
