Moët Hennessy seeks a Customer Service Assistant in Amsterdam to manage order-to-delivery, POSM and logistics coordination for the Dutch market.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and punctually, verifying SKUs, quantities and stock availability; propose substitutions when required and confirm delivery details with customers and sales representatives.
  • Coordinate shipments and delivery logistics with transport partners, Veolog, the Veolog warehouse (Recy), MHCS and other internal stakeholders; proactively communicate delays or discrepancies.
  • Register, investigate and resolve customer claims and escalate complex issues to Sales Managers when appropriate.
  • Consolidate and manage monthly POSM orders via PPPstore; maintain master tracking records, monitor POSM receipts in Recy and flag discrepancies.
  • Manage POSM requests from field teams and customers, monitor stock levels, and notify Marketing when reorders are required; support the Activation Manager with Loods stockkeeping.
  • Compile and distribute accolade communications for brands (e.g., Parker points, Wine Spectator) to customers and trade partners.
  • Gather and maintain logistic and product master data for finished goods and POSM; ensure timely completion of SAP price updates, GS1 compliance and documentation for key accounts.
  • Provide onsite office support: liaise with MediArena facility services and vendors (cleaning, catering, security), maintain office supplies and equipment, coordinate minor repairs and assist with company events and visitor reception.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service, order management or supply chain support.
  • Experience in FMCG, wines & spirits or logistics preferred.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with a structured, organised working method.
  • Service‑oriented, collaborative and proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve issues independently.

Experience

3–5 years’ professional experience in customer service, order-to-delivery coordination, order management or supply chain support; prior exposure to FMCG or wines & spirits distribution is advantageous.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; vocational diploma in administration, logistics or business administration preferred.
