Moët Hennessy seeks a Customer Marketing Manager in Hong Kong to lead on‑ and off‑trade activations, drive ROI and manage customer partnerships.

Overview

Moët Hennessy is the wines & spirits division of the LVMH Group, encompassing prestigious Maisons such as Dom Pérignon, Veuve Clicquot and Hennessy. The business operates globally across luxury and premium segments, combining deep terroir knowledge with couture-level brand stewardship and a growing emphasis on sustainability and regenerative agriculture initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver BTL customer and trade activation strategies across on‑trade and off‑trade channels, translating brand marketing into commercially effective local executions.
  • Develop channel‑specific sales plans, assortment recommendations and activation tools that drive conversion and brand desirability.
  • Manage end‑to‑end activation execution: creative assets, POSM development/allocation, agency briefings and on‑site delivery while preserving luxury‑in‑trade standards.
  • Own financial stewardship for BTL A&P budgets: plan allocations, implement tracking (A&P, FTT), analyse spend and optimise ROI.
  • Measure activation performance via KPIs and ROI modelling; produce post‑activation analysis and codify learnings into regional playbooks.
  • Build and sustain partnerships with HORECA venues, bars, hotels and casinos; lead menu placement, back‑bar visibility and staff training programmes.
  • Act as a commercial bridge between Brand Marketing and Sales, leading cross‑functional S&M and S&OP engagement and contributing to APAC best‑practice sharing.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years’ relevant experience in trade/customer marketing, retail marketing or category management within consumer goods; proven track record in channel activations.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI from activations.
  • Proven experience with POSM management, agency oversight and multi‑stakeholder collaboration (Sales, Brand, Trade partners).
  • Excellent planning, negotiation and presentation skills; strong organisational capability to manage multiple activations concurrently.
  • Fluent in English. Local language proficiency is advantageous depending on market needs.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in trade/customer marketing, retail marketing or category management within consumer industries; prior exposure to wines & spirits or luxury/premium FMCG preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline preferred; professional certifications (e.g. WSET) advantageous.
