Moët Hennessy France seeks a Communications Assistant (Apprenticeship) in Levallois-Perret to support PR, events, CRM and digital campaigns.

Overview

Moët Hennessy France is the national distribution network of the Vins & Spiritueux division within LVMH. The organisation represents an assemblage of prestigious Houses in champagne, wine and spirits and operates within the luxury sector, combining heritage craftsmanship, global distribution and a strong focus on brand storytelling and responsible consumption.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate brand activations and events (dinners, product presentations, hospitality suites, travel), handling end-to-end logistics: invitations, guest lists, deliveries, accommodation, transport and on-site planning.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of bespoke 360° brand experiences and partnership opportunities, including Fashion Week collaborations.
  • Assist in press relations: draft and adapt press materials (press releases, media kits, invitations), manage press lists and monitor media coverage.
  • Support influencer and social media activations: define target profiles, propose activations, execute operations and monitor results.
  • Participate in media, digital and social campaign set-up and operational follow-through, liaising with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Manage CRM-driven communications: coordinate emailings and newsletters, format content (images, copy, links), translate and adapt messaging.
  • Create, distribute and analyse newsletters and reporting via Salesforce; produce qualitative and quantitative campaign and activity reports.
  • Oversee basic stock and order management for promotional products; manage supplier onboarding and purchase orders.
  • Support budget tracking and administrative processes linked to communications activities, including purchase orders and supplier invoices.
  • Conduct competitive monitoring and compile insights to inform communications and influence strategies.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in 4th or 5th year of a communication, marketing or equivalent degree program.
  • Minimum six months' prior experience in a similar communications, PR or events role (internship or apprenticeship).
  • Excellent organisational skills, rigor and proactive problem-solving ability.
  • Strong written communication and editorial skills in French; very good command of English.
  • Creative mindset with an aptitude for digital, social and influencer ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with press relations, event coordination and CRM-driven campaigns.
  • Interest or sensitivity to the wines & spirits category is an advantage.

Experience

Entry-level apprenticeship: candidate must be a 4th/5th year communication student or equivalent with at least 6 months' relevant internship or alternance experience in communications, PR, events or digital.

Education

Currently enrolled in a 4th or 5th year communication, marketing or equivalent programme (university or grande école).
