Role & Responsibilities
- Support Category Managers within the Off‑Trade Commercial Directorate to optimise brand strategies and prepare business reviews for national retail clients and field teams.
- Track and analyse market and retailer performance KPIs; identify seasonal and promotional growth levers and propose actionable recommendations.
- Monitor innovation performance metrics and manage data-sharing deliverables with retail partners.
- Act as the key user for the team’s KPI tracking tool: populate, maintain and progressively improve the dashboard (distribution, velocity, volume projections).
- Contribute to category projects: build decision‑support tools, create and optimise reporting templates, and prepare internal and sales-facing presentations.
- Participate in commercial activities including client meeting preparation, retailer events and on‑trade/field visits.
Qualifications
- Entering the second year of a Master’s programme with a specialisation in business, marketing, commerce or engineering with commercial focus.
- Strong analytical aptitude, intellectual rigour and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with retail and consumer panels (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar) is a plus.
- Ideally, a prior internship or work experience within large-scale retail or FMCG environments.

About to begin Year 2 of a Master’s degree (business, marketing, commerce or engineering with commercial specialisation).
