Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the strategic and commercial development of the Eminente brand while coordinating operational efforts with international markets.
  • Report to the Business Development Manager and collaborate with local Eminente teams and internal group services.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of commercial development initiatives by analyzing sales data and market trends.
  • Conduct in-depth consumer behavior studies using industry-standard tools to formulate strategic recommendations.
  • Perform detailed market performance analyses to identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of entry strategies for new international markets through comprehensive market studies.
  • Monitor the evolution of the Super Premium rum and luxury spirits markets internationally.
  • Participate in the construction of the 5-year plan and annual Brand Plan alongside the Business Development Manager.
  • Provide operational support for weekly international market meetings, including agenda preparation and action follow-up.
  • Contribute to various strategic projects related to brand development.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a Master's program in Business School or University, specializing in Marketing, Business Development, Strategy, or International Business.
  • Fluency in French and English.

Excellent analytical skills and numerical proficiency. Structured, rigorous, and proactive mindset. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in an international team. Appreciation for the premium spirits and luxury sectors. Curiosity, autonomy, and initiative-taking abilities.

Experience

Previous experience in Business Analysis or Finance is preferred.

Education

Master's degree in progress in relevant fields.
