Role & Responsibilities
- Translate global brand strategy and positioning to local markets, aligning with Maisons guidelines.
- Develop and propose product pipelines and long-term brand building programs.
- Create and implement annual marketing plans with clear objectives for specific brands and trade channels.
- Analyze market trends and activation results to drive growth.
- Collaborate with local Sales Team to interpret sales forecasts and contribute to regional growth.
- Monitor brand performance through field visits and consumer intelligence research.
- Oversee implementation of marketing activations, events, and product launches.
- Manage external agencies for program implementation and act as Brand Guardian at events.
- Leverage digital platforms and build relationships with press and KOLs to amplify brand activations.
- Manage A&P budget, prioritizing spending and monitoring financial engagement.
- Collaborate across departments and leverage team expertise, embodying company values.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of marketing experience in luxury consumer goods or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in executing marketing campaigns and launching new products.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of consumer business objectives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Creative and analytical thinking with strong digital proficiency.
- Fluent in local language and English; proficiency in other languages preferred.
