Role & Responsibilities
- Translate global brand strategy and positioning into local brand strategy, aligning with Maisons guidelines.
- Develop and propose product pipelines and long-term brand building programs.
- Create annual marketing plans with clear objectives and strategies for specific brands and trade channels.
- Analyze market trends and activation results to drive growth.
- Collaborate with local Sales Team to interpret sales forecasts and drive value across the North Asia Cluster.
- Monitor brand performance through field visits and consumer intelligence research.
- Oversee the execution of marketing activations, events, and product launches.
- Manage external agencies for program implementation and act as a Brand Guardian at consumer events.
- Leverage digital platforms and build relationships with press and key opinion leaders.
- Manage and track the advertising and promotion budget, prioritizing spending against brand priorities.
- Collaborate across departments and leverage team expertise to navigate the Market/Maison/North Asia Cluster matrix.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods or FMCG.
- Proven track record in executing marketing campaigns and launching new products.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of consumer business objectives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Creative and analytical thinking with strong digital proficiency.
- Fluent in local language and English; proficiency in other languages is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, motivated, and team-oriented with high professional ethos.
- Experience in managing budgets and financial indicators.
