Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute consumer and shopper-driven brand plans to maximize brand equity, revenue, and profit for Hennessy in the U.S. market.
  • Create programs to engage target consumers along their journey, driving growth and building brand equity.
  • Define strategic briefs for creative agencies, leveraging market trends, consumer insights, and brand identity.
  • Develop compelling presentations and tools to secure internal and external buy-in.
  • Track and measure program effectiveness using KPIs to ensure positive ROI.
  • Assist in competitive analysis and development of the Competition Framework.
  • Lead culturally relevant brand programming to engage target audiences, ensuring insights are reflected in a 360-degree approach.
  • Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to create luxury POS materials and brand assets.
  • Support CSR efforts to enhance brand relevance with consumers.
  • Partner with Finance to define and achieve brand profit goals, managing A&P deployment strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or MBA preferred.
  • 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in wines/spirits, luxury, or consumer packaged goods brand marketing.

Skills

Strong expertise in brand strategy development in a commercial context. Experience managing agencies and third-party vendors. Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leaders. Highly refined communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making. Proven ability to lead creative strategy, including campaign development.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in the wines/spirits, luxury, or consumer packaged goods sectors.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or MBA preferred.
