Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute consumer and shopper-driven brand plans to maximize brand equity, revenue, and profit for Hennessy in the U.S. market.
- Create programs to engage target consumers along their journey, driving growth and building brand equity.
- Define strategic briefs for creative agencies, leveraging market trends, consumer insights, and brand identity.
- Develop compelling presentations and tools to secure internal and external buy-in.
- Track and measure program effectiveness using KPIs to ensure positive ROI.
- Assist in competitive analysis and development of the Competition Framework.
- Lead culturally relevant brand programming to engage target audiences, ensuring insights are reflected in a 360-degree approach.
- Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to create luxury POS materials and brand assets.
- Support CSR efforts to enhance brand relevance with consumers.
- Partner with Finance to define and achieve brand profit goals, managing A&P deployment strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or MBA preferred.
- 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in wines/spirits, luxury, or consumer packaged goods brand marketing.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in the wines/spirits, luxury, or consumer packaged goods sectors.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or MBA preferred.
