Role & Responsibilities
- Translate global brand strategy and positioning into local brand strategies, aligning with Maisons guidelines.
- Develop and manage annual marketing plans with clear objectives for specific brands and trade channels.
- Analyze market trends and activation results to propose actionable growth plans.
- Oversee the implementation of ATL marketing activations, events, and product launches.
- Manage A&P budget, prioritizing spending against brand priorities and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with local Customer Marketing and Sales teams to drive brand desirability and growth.
- Leverage digital platforms and build relationships with key press and KOLs to amplify brand activations.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of marketing experience in luxury consumer goods or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of executing marketing campaigns and launching new products.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of consumer business objectives.

Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in related fields, preferably in luxury consumer goods and FMCG industry.
