Moët Hennessy seeks a Brand Ambassador & Business Development Representative (VIE) in Panama City to grow presence in Central America & the Caribbean.

Overview

Moët Hennessy is the Wines & Spirits arm of LVMH, encompassing a portfolio of premium Maisons and global luxury brands across champagne, cognac, fine wines and spirits. Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive business development across Central America and the Southern Caribbean (approx. 60% of role): meet sales budgets and execute market strategic plans; expand on‑trade and off‑trade distribution; implement trade marketing activations that deliver AVP (Availability, Visibility & Promotions); and grow portfolio share with distributor and trade partners.
  • Manage distributor performance and field execution through regular market assessments, structured feedback and reporting to ensure best‑in‑class retail and on‑trade implementation.
  • Lead and develop local advocacy teams and trade partnerships to increase brand voice and long‑term commercial penetration within third‑party distribution.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends; produce regular competitive reports and actionable market intelligence.
  • Act as Brand Ambassador for the Moët Hennessy portfolio (approx. 40% of role): represent the Maisons at events, deliver trainings and public presentations, develop relationships with customers and industry stakeholders, and drive private sales initiatives within the luxury segment.
  • Contribute to the elaboration and execution of local brand plans and promotional campaigns; prepare weekly reports for the Trade Marketing Manager and Market Manager.

Qualifications

  • Eligible for the V.I.E. program: French or European citizenship; between 18 and 28 at application and able to start assignment no later than 29th birthday; in good standing with national service obligations; clean criminal record; available to commit full time and accept Business France letter of appointment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in brand management, commercial or sales roles; experience in Wines & Spirits or FMCG strongly preferred.
  • Fluent English; Spanish and French considered advantageous.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a field role, travel frequently and operate across multicultural markets.

Experience

Minimum three years in brand management, commercial development or sales roles, ideally within Wines & Spirits or FMCG; demonstrable experience managing distributors, activating trade plans and delivering market growth.
