Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage ambitious brand activations from conception to deployment across international markets.
  • Serve as the primary contact for external service providers.
  • Centralize KPIs and identify best practices to optimize activations.
  • Create clear and inspiring guidelines for market deployment.
  • Collaborate with other iconic houses within the group.
  • Oversee the design and development of POSM related to activations.
  • Work closely with internal development teams.
  • Manage forecasts, budgets, and production tracking with precision.
  • Design and oversee an internal newsletter for market communication.
  • Animate the internal communication site for global teams.
  • Collect and share best practices across the group.
  • Organize memorable internal events for MH/LVMH.
  • Conduct masterclasses for internal and external audiences.
  • Manage expense reports for the Managing Director of Eminente.
  • Coordinate internal orders for bottles and POSM.
  • Provide operational support to the team daily.
  • Ensure budget tracking through invoice entry.

Qualifications

  • Eligibility for a Bac +2 to Bac +5 training program (degree completed or in progress).
  • Fluency in French and English.

Passion for spirits and the beverage industry. Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills. Adaptability and proactivity. Willingness to learn and contribute. Organizational skills. Previous internship experience in administrative/project management or F&B. Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Familiarity with Outlook and SharePoint.

Experience

Previous internship experience in administrative or project management roles, preferably within the F&B sector, is required.

Education

Eligible for Bac +2 to Bac +5 training program.
