Moët Hennessy — Assistant Brand Manager (Apprenticeship) in Paris. 12‑month role supporting Belvedere's global marketing, activations and NPD.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of Belvedere’s global brand strategy through consumer insight, market and competitor analysis, and trend monitoring.
  • Contribute end-to-end to new product innovation (NPD) briefs: coordinate creative briefs, liaise with NPD teams and agencies, and drive associated launch assets (key visuals, toolkits, PPT launch dossiers).
  • Manage and develop BTL activations and POSM/VAP/gifting solutions: retail visibility, merchandising tools, on‑trade activation programmes and high‑energy events (day & night).
  • Build 360° launch programmes for key markets and work closely with commercial teams to ensure flawless in‑market execution and KPI tracking.
  • Support preparation and delivery of major marketing milestones (Brand Board, Marketing Summit, RMM, Energy Summit) and produce ad‑hoc communication materials.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (purchasing, legal, public affairs, agencies) and manage budgets including PO creation via Eazybuy.
  • Act as a dynamic brand ambassador to strengthen Belvedere’s internal and external reputation and adoption.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a business school (Sales & Marketing) or MBA programme.
  • Fluent English (mandatory); French recommended but not required.
  • Strong organisational skills, rigor and ability to deliver quickly under tight timelines.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional projects and prioritise multiple workstreams.
  • Creative sensibility with an affinity for luxury and cultural trends; proactive and team‑oriented.

Experience

Entry-level/apprenticeship: candidate should be early‑career or a current student; previous internships in brand marketing, activations, retail or NPD are advantageous.

Education

Business school (Sales & Marketing) or MBA; currently enrolled in or recently completed relevant programme.
