Overview

Moët Hennessy, the wines & spirits division within the LVMH group, encompasses a portfolio of internationally renowned Maisons spanning champagne, fine wines and prestige spirits. Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the development of annual brand plans and activation calendars for Chandon aligned to Maison strategy and local market priorities.
  • Coordinate integrated campaign delivery across ATL, BTL, digital, PR, partnerships, events and trade to ensure timely, on-budget execution.
  • Brief and manage agencies and production partners for POS, value-added packs and brand assets, acting as a brand guardian for premium standards.
  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing and Sales to design and deliver trade and consumer activations that increase brand visibility and desirability.
  • Manage A&P budgets, purchase orders, spend tracking, reconciliation and compliance; monitor variances and identify efficiencies.
  • Analyse sales, market share and campaign performance; prepare monthly and quarterly reporting and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Support forecasting and work with Supply Chain to maintain appropriate stock levels for promotional and POS materials.
  • Represent the brand at events, tastings and market visits and liaise with Maison stakeholders to deliver local priorities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3+ years’ experience in marketing, brand, FMCG or luxury goods (3 years minimum preferred).
  • Experience in wines & spirits or luxury goods highly advantageous.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline preferred.
  • Proven project management capability with a strong executional rigour and attention to detail.
  • Commercial acumen with sound analytical and numerical skills; ability to contribute to ROI measurement.

Experience

1–3+ years in marketing, brand or a related commercial role within FMCG, luxury goods or wines & spirits; hands-on experience managing campaigns, agencies and trade activations is required.

Education

Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline preferred.
